Pepper Ref Sheet

A very weird dog that you should definitely not touch under any circumstances. She would happily eat any rotten fruit, ham sandwich, or energy drinks you would throw or drop on the ground, though.
From what I know, she was orignally a normal jackal before she was trapped in a radiation plant and got kinda...distorted
